Pam McMeen is currently the Chief Marketing Officer for IDEAL Industries, Inc. Previously she was the Chief Marketing Officer at Chamberlain Group, a global leader in access control solutions with its LiftMaster®, Chamberlain® and myQ® brands, where she defined the portfolio strategy and brand architecture while working closely with the business unit leaders to design effective marketing strategies that drove transformational growth.

Pam was also a Board Director for IDEAL Industries, Inc. from 2021 to 2024. She has over 25 years of experience in consumer products across multiple industries serving in various marketing and general management roles for Instant Brands, Lifetime Brands and Acco Brands. She brings a wealth of knowledge across digital marketing, e-commerce, brand strategy, product management and new product development.
