Jim James led IDEAL INDUSTRIES for over 11 years as CEO and continues to bring a wealth of knowledge and visionary leadership as Chairman of the Board. He came to IDEAL with more than a quarter-century of experience across several industries, including metal fabrication, aerospace, chemical adhesives, and building components. A graduate of Georgia State University (MBA) and the University of Wisconsin (BS in Industrial Technology), Jim also spent 16 years with Illinois Tool Works before joining IDEAL in 2008. He currently sits on the Board of Directors for Master Chemical, Wall Family Enterprise and Junior Achievement – Chicago.
