John has an impressive leadership background in executive management. Prior to joining IDEAL, John was previously the General Manager/Vice President of Technology & Components at Hubbell Lighting. His career includes 13 years as President and Co-Founder of Norlux, a leader in the development of custom LED solutions. John holds a Bachelor of Science, Economics from Vanderbilt University.
