Carmelle brings a wealth of senior executive financial experience to IDEAL INDUSTRIES. After earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Miami University, she began her career in public accounting before spending the next 20 years with ITW. While working for ITW, Carmelle was the Group Controller for a $2 billion group, eventually becoming Vice President and General Manager of ITW’s Global Acquisitions.
