Pinky serves as Chief Financial Officer of IDEAL Industries, where she leads the company’s global finance organization and helps drive strategic growth, operational performance, capital allocation, risk management, and enterprise transformation. A CPA and Audit Committee Financial Expert, she brings more than 25 years of global leadership experience across manufacturing, industrial, consumer, sports, entertainment, and professional services. 

Throughout her career, Pinky has built a strong track record in finance and operations transformation, strategy development, mergers and acquisitions, enterprise risk management, technology, and global operations. She is also an accomplished people leader and talent developer, known for building high-performing teams and developing leaders through complex and rapidly evolving environments. 

Prior to joining IDEAL, Pinky served as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer of the U.S. Soccer Federation. Earlier in her career, she held leadership positions with IDEX and Marmon Holdings, building extensive experience across the manufacturing and industrial sectors. 

In addition to her executive leadership responsibilities, Pinky serves as Board Member and Finance Committee Chair for New Moms and as a Board Member of Safe Havens. She is also active in the broader finance and governance community, reflecting her commitment to developing leaders, strengthening governance, and creating lasting organizational and community impact.
