Michele serves as Chief Human Resources Officer for IDEAL Industries, where she leads the company’s global people strategy, talent development, culture, and employee experience initiatives. Since joining IDEAL in August 2022, she has helped strengthen organizational capability and foster a high-performance culture, contributing to the company’s repeated Most Loved Workplace® recognition. 

Michele brings more than 25 years of human resources and business leadership experience across publicly traded and privately held organizations, including manufacturing, industrial products, and highly engineered solutions. 

Prior to joining IDEAL, Michele served as Chief Human Resources Officer for Wells Enterprises, a privately held, family-owned manufacturer of ice cream and frozen treats, where she led enterprise-wide talent, culture, and organizational effectiveness strategies. 

Earlier in her career, she held senior human resources leadership roles with ITW, Brunswick Corporation, and IMC Global Inc., partnering with executive teams to drive organizational transformation, leadership development, workforce planning, and business performance. 

Known for aligning talent strategies with business objectives, Michele has built her career creating environments where people can thrive, innovation can flourish, and organizations can achieve sustainable growth and long-term success.
