Chris Larson is a fourth-generation shareholder of the company. With more than 25 years of experience working within the business, she brings deep knowledge of IDEAL’s products, people, culture, and history, providing a unique perspective on the company’s long-term success and stewardship.
Throughout her career, Chris held operational leadership roles within IDEAL, including Vendor Managed Inventory Analyst, where she helped develop one of the industry’s premier inventory management programs and achieved customer satisfaction ratings in the high 90th percentile. She also led the company’s 100th Anniversary book project, serving as historian and helping preserve IDEAL’s legacy. Chris is a member of the Family Council and chairs the Development and Education Committee. Through these leadership roles, she helps strengthen family engagement, governance, and leadership development across generations.
In addition to nearly two decades as Chair of the IDEAL Industries Foundation, Chris has served in leadership roles with numerous nonprofit and community organizations. Her experience as both a family owner and longtime employee allows her to bring a distinctive perspective to the board, helping ensure the long-term financial, emotional, and relational success of IDEAL’s shareholders.
