Janet Zelenka
Director
Janet H. Zelenka is an accomplished board member and executive with expertise spanning finance, technology, governance, and business transformation. She previously served as both Chief Financial Officer and Chief Information Officer of Stericycle, where she helped lead the company’s financial turnaround and technology-enabled transformation.
Janet brings a unique combination of finance and IT leadership experience, developed across public and private companies. Prior to Stericycle, she held a series of executive leadership positions with Essendant Inc., including Chief Financial Officer, Chief Information Officer, and Senior Vice President of Business Integration, and earlier served in financial, operational, and technology leadership roles with SBC/Ameritech (AT&T).
In addition to IDEAL Industries, Janet serves as Audit Committee Chair and Compensation Committee member for U.S. Venture and Midera (NASDAQ: MFP) and serves on the board of FTI Consulting (NYSE: FCN). She previously served on the Board of Directors for Summit Electric and as a trustee of Rockford University. She is a recognized thought leader in finance, technology, artificial intelligence, and corporate governance.
