Victoria Dolan is a global finance executive with more than 40 years of experience leading financial management, strategic planning, and business transformation across multinational consumer and hospitality organizations.  

Most recently, Victoria served as Chief Financial Officer of Revlon. Prior to Revlon, she held senior finance leadership roles with Colgate-Palmolive, Marriott International, The Coca-Cola Company, and Atlantic Richfield (ARCO), building extensive expertise across global markets and complex business environments. 

In addition to her role on the IDEAL Industries Board of Directors, Victoria serves on the boards of Instacart (NASDAQ: CART), Ranpak (NYSE: PACK), and Nord Anglia Education, where she chairs the Audit Committees. Throughout her career, she has lived and worked on four continents, bringing a global perspective to governance, finance, and business strategy. 

Victoria holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from UCLA and a Master of Business Administration from the UCLA Anderson School of Management.
