Our Giving Philosophy

At IDEAL Industries, our brands are committed to Building an IDEAL World through the work of the IDEAL Industries Foundation. Our philanthropic efforts uplift our communities, give back to our industries, and honor our core values. 

The IDEAL Foundation Focus Areas

Community Impact: We maintain a strong relationship with the local communities to continue our mission of pouring into the cities that have played a major role in each of our global brands. 

Education Access: Providing educational resources and continuous learning is a top priority for the IDEAL Industries Foundation. Through the Pathways Program, we aim to alleviate barriers and provide support to students to complete education programs to gain skills in the industries our brands specialize in. For our employees, our competitive full-time employee benefits include a scholarship program that aims to provide benefits for employee’s dependents to pursue post-secondary education. Our commitment to education is threaded throughout a variety of initiatives for our early career customers and our dedicated employees.

Purpose In Practice: Each year, our businesses make a positive impact by donating products and technical expertise to causes where we can have the greatest impact.

Our Impact

Anderson Power:  

Community Impact: Anderson Power partners with the Boys and Girls Club of Fitchburg and Leominster to support local youth through summer and after-school enrichment.  

Education Access: In 2027, the Anderson Power Pathways Program will partner with local educational institutions to fund scholarships in advanced manufacturing and STEM programs.  

Purpose in Practice: To honor their commitment to contribute to their local communities, they have donated SB Connectors to First Robotics to support their ongoing competitions and mission to inspire innovation within high school aged students. 

Enatel: 

Community Impact: As part of their community commitment, Enatel is an active partner with local organizations in Christchurch, NZ like The Breast Cancer Foundation and The Ronald McDonald House.

Education Access: In 2027, the Enatel Pathways Program in partnership with the Material Handling Education Foundation will launch to provide scholarship funds to undergraduate students studying engineering and supply chain management.

IDEAL Electrical: 

Community Impact: Community has always been at the forefront of the philanthropic mission and programs like IDEAL Connections that bring awareness, impact, and long-lasting connections together for our employees, customers, and partners. Through their 3-year partnership with Habitat for Humanity and annual planned events with local organizations, they have created accessible opportunities for their skilled electrician audience to use their skills in a way that creates change in the areas that need it most. 

Education Access: Since 2025, IDEAL Electrical has hosted engaging apprentice workshops that have impacted dozens of trade schools and thousands of students across the United States and Canada. 

Purpose in Practice: Over 1,600 toolkits and over $50,000 of premium products have been donated to first year electrical apprentices to provide them with the tools they need to be well trained and successful in the trade.
