The legal team’s mission is to partner with the business to effectuate the company’s goals in compliance with the law and highest ethical standards. By doing so, we help to ensure that the customer is best served, confident in the relationship and trust they have in IDEAL INDUSTRIES, INC.

Jeff serves as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for IDEAL Industries, where he provides legal guidance and governance oversight to support the company’s strategic priorities and long-term success.  

He brings a unique blend of in-house and private practice experience developed throughout his legal career.  

Previously, Jeff served as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for Fiskars Brands, a global consumer products company.  

He also held General Counsel and Corporate Secretary roles with The Pampered Chef and Barilla America, advising business leaders on legal, compliance, and governance matters.  

Earlier in his career, Jeff practiced law at two large Chicago-based law firms, building a strong foundation in corporate legal counsel and business advisory services.  

Jeff earned his Juris Doctor from The John Marshall Law School and holds a bachelor’s degree from Illinois State University.
