Chris Przybysz serves as Chief Information Officer for IDEAL Industries, where he leads the company’s technology strategy, digital transformation initiatives, and enterprise IT capabilities.  

With more than 30 years of experience, he has built a career spanning software development, engineering, architecture, and business technology leadership.  

Chris began his career in programming at Ruud Lighting and advanced through roles of increasing responsibility following the company’s transition to Cree Lighting and subsequently IDEAL Industries.  

Throughout his leadership journey, he has led software delivery, technology planning, architecture, and business relationship management functions, helping organizations scale from national to global platforms through growth and acquisitions.  

Known for bringing urgency, closure, and context to complex challenges, Chris is focused on leveraging technology to drive business outcomes and deliver meaningful impact across the enterprise.
