IDEAL Industries, a global leader advancing industrial electrification and power management solutions, ranked No. 14 on the 2026 America’s Top 100 Most Loved Workplaces® list, developed by Best Practice Institute (BPI) and featured in The Wall Street Journal. This distinction marks IDEAL’s second recognition this year after ranking 4th on the 2026 Global Top 100 Most Loved Workplaces® list earlier in the year.

“Receiving a #14 ranking on the America’s Top 100 Most Loved Workplaces list is an accomplishment our entire organization can be proud of because it reflects the way we prioritize and act on employee feedback,” said Chris Baldwin, CEO of IDEAL Industries.

“This recognition highlights our year-over-year improvement in employee satisfaction, reinforces how significantly the voice of our employees matters, and encourages us to continue raising the bar for the future.”

How the Most Loved Workplace Rankings are Determined

BPI’s research uses IDEAL Industries’ annual engagement survey data and its proprietary Love of Workplace Index® to assess employees’ connection to their organization, examining collaboration, a positive vision for the future, alignment of values, respect, and achievement. Employee feedback provides evidence of how those qualities are experienced at work.

“What separates Most Loved organizations is that accountability does not belong to a select few,” says Louis Carter, founder and CEO of Best Practice Institute and creator of the Most Loved Workplace certification and rankings. “People throughout the organization are encouraged to contribute ideas, take ownership, solve problems, and help move the business forward.”

How IDEAL Industries Turns Feedback into Impact

With 96% participation, more employees completed the annual engagement survey than ever before, delivering the highest participation rate the company has seen to date. IDEAL uses the results of the survey to create action plans for how to improve the employee experience.

“The survey responses we receive play a major part in shaping and improving the workplace as our business continues to grow,” says Michele Miller, Chief Human Resources Officer at IDEAL Industries. “We value feedback from the people that make IDEAL Industries such a special organization to be a part of.”

IDEAL’s commitment to employee satisfaction has earned multiple certifications from the Best Practice Institute for three consecutive years.
