IDEAL Strengthens Marketing & Sales Team With Appointment of Warren Jenkins as New Central RegionalManager

SYCAMORE, IL, March 2, 2006 – IDEAL INDUSTRIES, INC. today announced the appointment of Warren Jenkins to the position of Central Regional Manager, bolstering its management team with an industry professional who brings to IDEAL over thirteen years of experience in electrical industry, along with a strong background in the petrochemical, electric utility and telecommunications markets. He will report to Bob Bukowsky, Vice President of Sales.

Mr. Jenkins comes to IDEAL from FCI/Burndy Products in Manchester, NH where he served as Central Regional Manager. Prior to that position he was a Sales Engineer with Southwire Company in Carrollton, GA.

Mr. Jenkins earned his B.S. in Industrial Distribution from Texas A&M University.
