IDEAL To Host Level I Training Courses for Thermal Imaging Camera Users

Infrared Thermography Courses Offered Throughout 2010 Across the Country, Instruction Meets Level I ASNT-SNT-TC-1A Recommendations

SYCAMORE, IL, December 21, 2009 – To help users of thermal cameras nationwide become certified as Level I thermography technicians, IDEAL Industries, Inc. announced today it will host a year long series of three-day training courses. The first event will be held February 9-11, 2010, in Oakland, California. The courses meet Level I ASNT-SNT-TC-1A recommendations for thermal/infrared testing as established by the American Society for Non-Destructive Testing (ASNT), and will be conducted by an ANST/PdM TIR Level III instructor with more than twenty years of infrared thermography applications experience.

Registration is $1,750 USD and includes course instruction, course manual, Level I exam, and evaluation of an infrared report. IDEAL is discounting the fee to $1,150 USD for current owners of its 61-844 HeatSeeker™ thermal imaging camera.
